Bought a new to me 2015 Harley Davidson Ultra Limited today. Salesperson was Graham and he made it a great experience as did the rest of the staff we were introduced to. While they did not have availability to perform what we needed done on short notice (understandable), Matthew squeezed us in for an oil change each, and for me to have a new tire installed. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was professional, helpful, and friendly, but Matthew in particular went above and beyond to help out two out-of-town travelers. He emailed us several times, and was patient with my poor cell phone service. I am very grateful, and I recommend Privateers to anyone traveling in the area!
